Delete my account

This page is about the Lia app, published by [TO COMPLETE: company name].

In the app

Open Lia.
Go to Settings › Account [TO CONFIRM: exact path in the app].
Tap Delete my account, then confirm.

Without the app

Email donnees@liahome.app from your account's address, with the subject “Delete my account”. We confirm the deletion by reply, within one month at most.

What is deleted

your account: user ID and email address;
your membership and role in the household; if you are its only Parent, the whole household, with its floor plan, devices and log;
the action log stored on our servers.

This data is erased from our servers within [TO CONFIRM: 30 days proposed] of the request, except what the law requires us to keep.

What stays on your phone: your home, floor plan and settings are stored on the phone itself. To erase them, uninstall the app. Your Home Assistant and your devices are not affected.
